Skid Steer Solutions calculates your sales tax according to applicable state and local laws. Typically the tax rate is based on where the product is being shipped, delivered, or picked up.

Tax Exemption Certificate

Do you have your sales Tax Exemption Certificate filled out? If yes, move onto step 3. If no, select your state from the list below to find the correct form. There are 24 states that are members of Streamlined Sales Tax - view the map to find out if your state is a member. If your state is not a member of the Streamlined Sales Tax then you may be required to send your application to the state department for approval prior to applying for you sales tax exemption.

Tax Exemption Form

With your registered tax exemption certificate ready, fill out the form below using the same email as you registered with for your Tax Exemption account below.

Once you have applied for your tax exempt account and have uploaded your tax exemption certificate. It may take an additional five business days for your status to be approved. Once you have been approved, you can make your tax exempt purchases right away.
