STEEL PRICES RISE:
The carbon steel market is poised to grow by 699.35 MT during 2020-2024 progressing at a CAGR of almost 8% during the forecast period." (Source: Business Wire)
This is what we are seeing all across the industry; day after day new emails from vendor's telling us that their prices are rising, every order we make for materials needs to be revised because the last price is no longer valid, and for good reason. The cost of steel materials has been steadily increasing throughout 2020, and it unfortunately has not slowed into 2021. The reduced capacities of companies in this industry due to Covid-19 health and safety regulations continues to have an impact. As a result, we are forced to increase our list pricing for 2021 and add a steel surcharge to off-set the rising costs that is projected to continue this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have on our close and prospective customers. We we will do what we can to keep our prices low when the opportunities are found, but right now we are left with little options.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Product overview
TNT Flat Proof Tires
Skid Steer Solutions announces the production of our own flat proof tires for skid steer loaders. These flat proof tires pick up where the others left off. Through updated design criteria and added rubber, we have improved the basic performance of these tires ten fold.
What have we done to improve our tires?
We added rubber to the base of the tread and spaced the holes out wider so the tread is better supported. This additional support resists cracking between the holes and between the holes and the tread. This base has also been extended out under the tread. A larger support base means less weight per square inch being absorbed by the tread. The extra support helps you keep from tearing the edge of lugging off when running tracks.
Running tracks on skid steer flat proof tires.
We started in business as a track company. We have run skid steer loader flat proof tires on all sorts of over the tire track systems. What we did on our own tires, was to increase the side wall thickness so that the tracks rode with only a small amount of side to side slippage. This keeps the tracks from riding over and scratching your frame and also protects the side of the tread from being torn off by the edge of the track.
What has TNT done to improve the quality and performance of our flat proof tires?
First, we added rubber under the tread and brought the sidewall out to support the base of the tread better. This also makes the tires run better with over the tire tracks which could actually pull the edge of the lugs off because of lack of support.
Second, we made the wheel the proper size and increased the thickness of the supporting base rubber. This makes the ride much smoother for both tired operations and over the tire track operations. The extra rubber also adds cushioning support to keep the tires from breaking down quickly.
Third, we have kept the price competitive with other manufacturers. This is not even fair! We all use the same synthetic materials and those materials cost the same. We use more of these raw materials and we craft them into a better design, yet we charge the same. When you are making comparisons, please note the extra weight due to the extra rubber used.
When you order this product, you will receive a quantity of 4 tires and four steel wheels. Please verify that you have 8 lug wheels. Most machines have 8 lugs, while some older machines use 6 lugs. Default order is 8 Lugs.

- With all of these features, how can you go wrong?
YOU CAN'T!
You are looking at the latest in tire technology. These are designed for users like us... and you. The upfront cost is no longer a concern with us. We need to get our machine to the job and get it done and then get paid. Neither of us can afford the downtime that it costs when we get flat tires. It makes us look bad in the customer's eyes and costs us money and time. But most of all, it is just plain annoying.
Well, say goodbye to those terrible down times.
