US SHIPPING

We are now happy to provide our valued customers with free shipping to the lower 48 states.  Our paid shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada have been reduced so our prices have never been better.

In order to offer these great prices, there have to be some restrictions.  They are as follows.

Free Shipping to the Lower 48 Contiguous States only: If you are in a state but on an island or somewhere else that has limited access, you do not qualify for free shipping.  Our system will still allow you to enter your order, but we will be contacting you to: 

• Adjust your order amount to cover the additional shipping costs.
• Make arrangement to ship to a dock where you can pick the item up on the mainland.

Free Shipping Methods of Delivery:

Items up to 50 lbs.  Most will ship USPS depending on size so please provide us with a valid address for either USPS or Fed-ex Ground. Items from 50 lbs. to 150 lbs.  Ships Fed-ex Ground.  Items above 150 lbs. ship R&L Carriers or ODFL depending on your address.  Free shipping is to a business address or freight depot.  It is not for home delivery with lift gate services.  If you require special services, we will hold your order and get back to you with a quote for these services.  Farms and construction sites that require special services will also be quoted and billed separately prior to shipment.

Where do we ship?: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Worldwide Shipments:  We containerize and ship worldwide on a continued basis.  We have special carriers that we have used to ship full containers into China, Baghdad, Kuwait, Africa, Australia, Europe, Israel and more.  Customers routinely have machines shipped to us to be included in containers with their attachments.  We clean your machines, pack the containers and provide you with complete paperwork for you to easily import your equipment.

Re-delivery: If you are not present for the delivery, it cannot be made and will have to be re-delivered.  Any additional costs for the extra delivery will be your responsibility and will be charged to you prior to the final delivery.

Mis-Directed Shipments:  If an error or miscommunication that is our fault was made with regards to the shipping address, we will pay the additional fees to get the product to you. If you gave us your bill to instead of your ship to address and it is now being delivered to your door, but you want it sent somewhere else, you will be responsible for these additional charges.
