Q: Can the points I earned be redeemed manually or through phone orders?
A: No, in order to redeem your rewards and use them on new orders, you must use our website portal to redeem the points and order using your store account. A customer service agent would be happy to assist you with your order and helping you redeem your points for store credit, please contact us if you require assistance but note that we can not redeem the points for you. You will have to complete the check out at your own discretion. If your new order requires customizations and you can not order through our website but you'd like to use store credit, please redeem your loyalty points for the allotted store credit and a sales representative can subtract them from your account when applying them to your new order.
Q: If I order over the phone because of website difficulties or because my order requires customizations, will I be able to collect the points in some way?

Please provide an order number and an agent will add point to your account. Note: You will need to have created a store account for the points to be added.

Q:Do the points I earn expire if I don't use them in the year I purchase?
A: No, the points do not expire. You can use them for as long as the program is alive. Note: Skid Steer Solutions reserves the right to change or terminate the way points are rewarded as well as to cancel the loyalty program all together. In the case that our loyalty program is cancelled, we will notify all customers with accounts/point balances and all previous redeemed store credit will not be affected. We will also offer an alternative remedy to the points that are unredeemed by customers.
