Designed for excavators from 20,000 lbs. to 80,000 lbs., the Cyclone CY-60 operates efficiently on hydraulic flows from 25-45 GPM. With cutting capacities of up to 10 inch material, this mower can take anything you throw at it. At 1565 lbs. with out a mount the CY-60 is strong enough for the toughest projects. A lot of effort has gone into using the right materials to make this mower lighter than other mowers in it's class to reduce your swing weight and keep you cutting in all conditions. Not just level and flat. With the lower weight and tough construction, you can easily work side hills and not fear that you might tip your machine over. Safety

The Cyclone uses removable gates on the front and rear of the cutter so you can remove them for heavy brush clearing when you need to but still easily install them when you are in areas that you want to minimize the amount of material being ejected from the cutter. Eterra is the only manufacturer that we know of that does this.

All of the drive systems that you will find in Eterra mowing or clearing products have been proven to be strong and reliable. They use a 12 lb. blade which is one of the heaviest in it's class and premium Permco USA motors. The 1" thick T1 grain controlled blade bar design allows for heavy use, dynamic balancing and still some mulching capability. Most of the competitors models use a brush hog style blade which is just a small grass cutting knife. It is not a chopping blade meant for heavy material. Our welding and machining is exceptional. The Eterra Cutter System: Eterra mowers use a direct drive spindle hub which is the same hub used on the Typhoon clearing mower. They do this to insure maximum impact strength when clearing heavy material. Your safety means everything, and Eterra never wants to see a drive system come apart and injure you or anyone else.
