This is what we are seeing all across the industry; day after day new emails from vendor's telling us that their prices are rising, every order we make for materials needs to be revised because the last price is no longer valid, and for good reason. The cost of steel materials has been steadily increasing throughout 2020, and it unfortunately has not slowed into 2021. The reduced capacities of companies in this industry due to Covid-19 health and safety regulations continues to have an impact. As a result, we are forced to increase our list pricing for 2021 and add a steel surcharge to off-set the rising costs that is projected to continue this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have on our close and prospective customers. We we will do what we can to keep our prices low when the opportunities are found, but right now we are left with little options.

Description
A great feature of utilizing Auger Bits from McMillen are the huge variety of lengths, diameters and collar sizes available. 12" shorter than the standard 4', these 3 Foot Auger Bits are ideal for earth drilling needs more shallow in nature, they are also great for use on Mini Skid Steer Loaders, although they will fit and work on standard machines as well. Earth drill, plant smaller trees and shrubs, a drill for fence post installation, just for a start. 3 Foot bits are of course shorter and lighter than standard, which can come in handy when earth drilling in tight spaces and where machine movement is limited. They are also ideal for many mini skid steer loader machines. With the wide range of jobs you can perform with your Skid Steer, as well as the different machine configurations, sometimes a 3 foot bit is what's needed to complete the job, and we're happy to offer our customers the full range of options so they can find what works best for them.
All McMillen Earth Auger Bits on this listing have a length of 3' or 36". Select the HDC (Heavy-Duty) style or HDF (Medium-Duty) style depending on your needs. You may also select from various Auger Bit diameters and Collar Sizes.
