Skid Steer Tree Spade for Bobcat Style Skidsteer Loaders

This is one simple little tree spade that will change your mind about the word small. Using only the power of your machine, you can move some incredibly large root balls. At less than 1/10th of the price of a hydraulically operated tree spade, it is well worth the investment for the small operator who just wants the job done without the large expense.

Our tree spade is made the way we make all of our attachments. We use top quality materials for the blade and attach it to our well designed backplate.  Starting with the blade, we use T1 structural plate 3/8" thick. This is roughly 10 times stronger than the mild steel that most of our competitors use. Our back plate uses a double formation process which means your lower pins will slide into two sets of ears. Other manufacturers use a solid single piece that they weld some ears onto. This works, but looks homemade and lacks the structural integrity that our plates have. When you are bearing down with all of the weight of your machine and you try to lever a root ball out of the ground, you do not want to find out the guy who welded the ears on did not do a good job.
