We’re excited to announce our newest partnership with Brush Wolf.

Founded in 1999, Brush Wolf has become a worldwide leader in the manufacturing of hydraulic rotary brush cutters due to their ability to withstand rough terrain and perform in inhospitable environments. They currently offer over thirty different models in low, standard, or high flow. Whether you own a full size or a compact skid steer, excavator, backhoe loader or tractor, Brush Wolf has a model to suit your needs.

Let's take a look at some of their products.

Engineered for durability and easy operation, the Brush Wolf 7201 Brush Cutter can rip through brush and saplings up to 6”. The new open front design cuts through vegetation before the frame pushes the material over. The 72" cutting width and other features like the balanced stump jumper (preventing vibration) and welded collar on the bottom of the deck (preventing damage to the gearbox seal) are examples of the superior design that Brush Wolf provides.

If 72” isn’t enough for you, consider the Brush Wolf 9000, offering an impressive 7.5 foot cutting width free of any gaps. Saplings up to 6” for the High Flow and 4” for the Standard Flow are no problem for this cutter.

The Brush Wolf 9000 has 2 motors and a 4 blade off-set cutting system to ensure full coverage and clearing. The combination of long-lasting high strength tempered steel blades, one piece formed 1/4″ heavy-duty steel, and the balanced spun formed pan will provide the strength and stability to move through tough overgrowth. This cutter also utilizes front and rear chains that aid in the mulching and containment of debris.

And last, but certainly not least, is the Brush Wolf 72 M-AX. Build for industrial and commercial applications, this cutter is simply a cut above the rest.

The direct drive motor and the massive bearing housing make this heavy-duty machine the best to tackle heavy brush and trees up to 10″ in diameter. This beast also comes standard with a 3 blade carrier assembly, and an optional 4 flat blade assembly with reversible cutting edge blades three times the strength of mild steel, providing excellent mulching capabilities. The 72 M-AX is now available for standard flow skid steers with auxiliary hydraulic flow rated 23-29 GPM and high flow skid steers rated 30-40 GPM.

Along with superior power, the Brush Wolf 72 M-AX is also the product of innovative and strategic design. The open front, spring loaded push bar and “V-Notch” design allows for close contact to cut trees and saplings. Relief valves protect your motor from pressure spikes and aid in faster shut-down time. The massive blade carrier system provides the inertia and torque to slash through tough material.

The selection of operating equipment and features offered by Brush Wolf is vast, with the goal of providing customers with the best fit for their operating equipment. By pairing the correct hydraulic motor and right angle gearbox they achieve the highest torque available while maintaining a proven tip speed ideal for brush cutting applications.

All Brush Wolf products come standard with hoses and couplers included, and are designed, fabricated, powder coated, assembled and tested in Crosslake, Minnesota. The three year warranty on structured steel and 18 month warranty on hydraulic motors are unheard of in the industry.

Though only a small sample of Brush Wolf products are featured in this blog, the partnership with Skid Steer Solutions provides our customers with their full arsenal of Brush Cutters. We are extremely excited for the partnership with Brush Wolf and can't wait for these well designed and long lasting products to reach our customers!
