Skid Steer Solutions Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Free Delivery isn’t really free. When an order is placed with SkidSteerSolutions.com and delivery is in process or it has already been delivered, a shipping fee is incurred for the cost of delivering the item on order. With that in mind, if a customer wishes to return an item(s), we will gladly accept the return of an item within 30-days of the original delivery and a full refund will be issued (some conditions apply).

When we receive the item/s, we will refund your purchase price minus credit card fees and outbound and inbound shipping costs. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding the cost of shipping, credit card and processing fees, financing document fees (if applicable and at the discretion of the financial partner), restocking fees of up to 10%, and an additional charge of 5% of the total cost if any custom fabrication or work was completed on the product/attachment ordered that would impede the products resalability. In concordence with Skid Steer Solutions, Inc. 1 Year Limited Warranty, the original shipping and return shipping costs will be fully covered at our expense if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How do I return an item to SkidSteerSolutions.com?

If you ordered online and need to return an unused item within our 30-day returns policy, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping and restocking fee charges apply in most cases, see "More Info. about Returns" below.

Can I return an Item outside of the 30-day return policy?

Yes, but only up to 3 months after the date of purchase and only if the item is unused. Customers will be awarded store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the item purchased from us minus the cost of shipping to them and a 5-10% restocking fee for unused items returned after 30 days and before 90 days after the original date of purchase. The store credit will be applied to the account in their name on our store. If an account does not exist because the order was acquired through a different medium, an account will need to be made by the customer and communicated to a sales representative so that we can add the store credit.

Exchanges

Did you order something incorrectly or it just doesn't quite fit? Get in contact with us and we will organize an exchanged. You will be responsible for return shipping and as long as the ship-to address is in the USA, you will not pay any extra charges for shipping out to you. If the item is more expensive than the previous item purchased and being exchanged, you will be responsible for the difference. Thanks you!

Freight Damages

It is the customer’s responsibility to note any and all damages to shipments on the BOL when the items are being delivered. It is also the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier. We will do everything that we can to help you and help to negotiate with the carrier to remedy the situation.

Lost Shipments

Please notify us if you have not received your order in a timely manner. We stock 95% of everything we advertise. It should always ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If your shipment turns up lost, we will work with the carrier to find it. This can take up to two weeks. If it is still not found, we will ship an additional item after carrier verification. We will not ship a replacement until all attempts are exhausted.
