What do you use Skid Steer Wheel Spacers for?
The majority of people search for wheel spacers when they want to add over the tire tracks to their skid steer loaders. Many machines use centerline wheels so you cannot flip the wheels around and gain a few inches of additional clearances. For the people who are lucky enough to have off-set wheels, you are do not need us. All you have to do is swap your wheels around and you will off-set your tires enough to allow you to run tracks without the need for spacers.
For the rest of you, check your wheel stud size and count your lugs. We have spacers for most every skid steer loader configuration. By adding wheel spacers you will gain additional clearances that allow you to add tracks without them dragging along the side of your frame or the back of your boom. Speaking of booms, you need to check this clearance as well because the tracks can still sometimes hit the boom. In those cases a boom stop may be necessary to protect your boom from damage. You will not find a better deal on wheels spacers and certainly not backed by a company like Skid Steer Solutions.
Tractors & Wheel Spacers: We cannot guarantee that our spacer will fit on a tractor. Many people have bought them and added them successfully to their tractors. We have had customers comment that the 9/16" x 8 Lug Red spacer will fit on John Deere Utility Tractor, 2000, 3000, & 4000 Series. We will add more information as it comes available.
