Skid Steer Brush Grapple GRX-74

More of what you want! Announcing the GRX-TREME series of grapples. While our competitors keep trying to make cheaper versions of our grapples, we have been working on ways of making them bigger, stronger and more powerful.

The GRX-TREME - 74 features 12 raker teeth with 11 top grapple teeth. The main tine width is 5/8" while the outer grapple teeth are 3/4" thick. All tines are made from AR-400. The maximum opening of this grapple is 65" as opposed to our standard heavy duty series which opens 51" and closed it measures 38" high. Actual Width is 74". Weight is a heavy 1265 lbs.

It uses 2 x (3" x 10") Stroke welded Skid Steer grade US made 3000 PSI cylinders (we never use import or agricultural cylinders). These cylinders are protected behind the main frame so they cannot be damaged. The hoses are routed internally behind the frame to keep them out of harm. Any exposed hoses are protected with nylon hose wrap.

There is a main rear beam that runs through the back of the bottom tines. This is for added strength. Think of it as a floor beam in your house, you could lay your boards across your joists, but what really holds the weight is the beam. Our grapple beam is uses 3/8" wall steel tubing measuring 8" x 6". Any way you look at it, this is one mean grapple. It is recommended for those of you with bigger machines, 80 HP and above and those of you looking for extreme duty performance.

Any way you look at it, this is a professionally built piece of equipment built by people who know skid steer loaders.

Recommended uses for the GRX grapples are scrap pick-up (both wood and metal), heavy stumps, and large brush clean-up where the cab needs to be protected. The GR is a proven grapple with many hundreds of units in the field for over 5 years. The GRX follows the tradition by giving you a grapple that works long and hard.

There are a few companies that are imitating our grapples. Check the materials list, the tine spacing, the tine width and length are also very important. Make sure you fully understand the difference between ours and theirs so you are not disappointed. Even our names have been copied so be aware and be informed. We call only a few of our items X-Treme because they have passed stringent testing in the field. Other companies just call everything they sell X-Treme because the name sounds neat. That is definitely NOT how we do business.
