FREE SHIPPING - The Facts.
Shipping is an outside cost that affects our business dearly. New sites have recently popped up advertising free shipping. If you compare identical products on their sites to us, you will find our prices to be much lower. This is because they do not have a reliable way of costing their shipping, so instead they just add 20% to their cost and call it good. Everyone pays the same regardless of where they are. And they call this free? We chose to work with our carriers to get the best possible price and pass the savings onto our customers. This means you pay the best possible price for the item and then only a small amount more for the shipping based upon where you are located. This is by far the fairest way of pricing our products and definately the most competitive. Don't let the hype fool you, FREE is NOT FREE when it comes to shipping. The trucking companies have to get paid somehow. If these competitors really gave the shipping away and had the same price as us, they would be out of business. Location based shipping will always be the fairest way of shipping products and we always treat our customers fairly.
Light and Small Packages:
For small, light shipments we utilize USPS Priority Mail. This insures quick shipping at very reasonable pricing.
Light and Oversized:
UPS Ground shipments utilized unless otherwise specified and paid for by the customer.
This is most everything we ship. We use major trucking companies for all shipments. Most of these are directed by us and include our shipping classifications. This is an important fact to remember should you decide to use your own carrier. Since we are located in the Pacific Northwest, it became evident that we would need excellent shipping rates in order to be able to compete with similar companies located in the Midwest.
We have endevoured to renegotiate our rates each year as our volumes have increased. Because of this, we now have agreements where we receive the maximum discount and preferred rate classifications on everything we ship. This means that your rates are always the preferred and most favorable available in the industry.
Currently we are using Old Dominion and R&L for most of our ground shipments. Our rates are based upon ground, non-expedited services. This means that you will get a great rate, but it could take up to two weeks before you see your item. The savings on this type of service are huge. If you are really in a big rush contact us so that we can run an individual quote for you to compare expedited services.
Our base rate includes basic services which means it must be delivered to a business with a dock or means of removing the equipment. Other handling charges will apply if you required home delivery and need help to unload the attachments.
Hawaii and Alaska:
We work closely with Span Alaska and Northland Services for shipments to Alaska and Aloha Cargo Transport for shipments to Hawaii. Shipping to Anchorage, Alaska or Honolulu, Hawaii are actually very reasonable. It is the additional cost to other islands or cities that can run the cost up to almost as much as the original shipment. Contact us for a customized quotation. Times vary as there are regular scheduled shipments.

We have a lot of Canadian customers.... A lot!
Great news for Canadians! We now have contract pricing to your door in Canada. The rates are great and the convenience is second to none. You can now do self clearing to your door so you will not need a broker. You will have to do some work to self clear so be prepared. For those of you that would rather use a broker, we have contracts in place to use A&A Customs Brokers.
If you are close to the border, you can have us ship your item to a town on the US side. It is cheaper and will save you the cost of a broker. If you have the item shipped in your name, you can import it using your personal exemption. You will pay no duties or brokerage. You will still pay GST and PST where applicable.
We are proud to have achieved international recognition with our products. We have shipped to Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, England, Spain, Germany, Russia, Iraq, France, Dubai and many other countries. We have contracts with major shipping lines to ship a single piece or a complete container.
Container Shipping Services:
This is where we shine. Order enough equipment to fill a container 50% and we will load the container with other equipment of your choice. This means you could order a Bobcat in California, have it shipped to us and we will load it in with your attachments. The containers then travel the following way.
Europe - The containers travel by truck to Portland and load onto a rail car. They then travel to the east coast where they are loaded onto a ship.
Pacific Rim - Container load onto a ship in Seattle (100 miles from here). They then travel by ocean to your destination.
Export Packing. Since we are shipping in containers, we do not crate unless specifically requested. We use only Heat Treated and certified pallets for each item loaded into our containers and we do not charge extra for this service. If crating is requested, we charge for this service based upon time and materials. If you require plastic or steel pallets and/or crating there are additional charges based upon time and materials.
