Return Policy

How do I return an item?

We will gladly accept returns under the following circumstances.

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the sale for any reason if the equipment is returned shipping prepaid to our warehouse. The sale amount of the item will be refunded minus the original shipping charges. 

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item on your order, we will cover the shipping charges in both directions.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you will pay for the shipping charges in both directions.

If you are a dealer that bought the item to resell and your sale fell through, it is your responsibility.  You own it and will need to sell the item on your own.  We do not accept returns from dealers outside the terms stated on this page.

TERMS OF THIS RETURN POLICY:

  • The equipment must be returned in unused, saleable condition.
  • You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to sending the item back.

Returns will not be accepted if you just send the item back or if you just charge back your credit card and do not notify us in advance.
